After you pay, you request your reward. The shop approves it and your cashback lands by SMS with your balance.
03. Spend it after 24 hours
Once your reward is available, tell the shop before you pay. Use some or all of your available balance towards your bill.

Questions shoppers ask
Does it cost me anything?
No. Givmo is free for customers, always. There is nothing to buy and nothing to subscribe to. Standard network charges apply to any SMS you send.
Do I need a smartphone?
No. Everything essential happens by SMS, so Givmo works on any phone. If you do have a smartphone you can also log in on the web to see your full history.
Can I use my rewards at a different shop?
Not loyalty cash — that stays with the shop where you earned it. Universal Givmo gift cards are different: those work at every Givmo business.
What if the shop says no to my reward?
Ask them why — usually it's a minimum spend or the claim came in too late. You can claim again on your next purchase. If you think something's wrong, contact us and we'll check the record.
Is my information safe?
We hold your name, number and your transactions. Shops only see their own customers. We never sell or rent your information, and Givmo staff will never ask you for your one-time code.
When is the app coming?
We're building it. Everything works without it in the meantime, and when it launches your account and your balance will already be there waiting.
What if I want to stop?
You can stop using Givmo whenever you choose. Contact us if you need help accessing your reward history or managing your account.
